1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the jilihh platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on jilihh.ws.

Your continued use of the jilihh platform following any modification to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. jilihh recommends saving or printing a copy of these Terms & Conditions for your personal records.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on jilihh, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the jilihh platform.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jilihh or by PAGCOR.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by jilihh for a material breach of this Agreement.

jilihh reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle and to suspend access pending verification. Providing false or misleading information in connection with eligibility constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register a single account on jilihh. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jilihh will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information. You must notify jilihh immediately at support@jilihh.ws if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

jilihh supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilihh does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed on the jilihh Cashier page at the time of transaction. jilihh reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with or without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jilihh aims to process approved GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary due to third-party payment provider delays, verification requirements, or system maintenance.

• Deposits must be used for gaming purposes. Depositing funds for the purpose of money laundering or circumventing financial regulations is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• jilihh reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of being made using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled and returned to your account balance under specific circumstances as detailed in the jilihh Cashier policy.
• jilihh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet service providers.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jilihh may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jilihh promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jilihh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or abuse of promotional terms will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Cash deposits and bonus funds may be subject to separate wagering tracking; refer to individual promotion terms for details.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the jilihh platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any jilihh game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to defraud jilihh or other players.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any jilihh game, software, or security system.
• Using the jilihh platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine law including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act).
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or eligibility status when registering or using the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jilihh staff or other players through any communication channel.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the jilihh platform, including JILI slots, live casino tables, bingo, and sabong, are governed by individual game rules published within the relevant game interface or help section. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall apply to gameplay and the general terms shall govern all other aspects of your account and relationship with jilihh.

jilihh uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not manipulated. Live dealer games are conducted by trained presenters under conditions designed to ensure fairness and transparency.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects a game outcome, jilihh reserves the right to void the affected game round and return wagers to affected players. jilihh will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8 Responsible Gaming

jilihh is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options accessible from your account settings.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to make use of self-exclusion tools or to contact the jilihh responsible gaming team for confidential assistance. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and the player's account will be suspended for the duration of the requested exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilihh platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, design elements, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of jilihh or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilihh platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilihh content without prior written authorization.
• Use any jilihh trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner not expressly approved by jilihh.
• Create derivative works based on any jilihh platform content or software.
• Use data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on any jilihh page or service.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilihh and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the jilihh platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity.

jilihh's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilihh account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilihh does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards on your own devices and network connections when accessing jilihh.ws.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jilihh collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the jilihh Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By using the jilihh platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data subject rights, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, by contacting jilihh at support@jilihh.ws.

12 Amendments to Terms

jilihh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jilihh will endeavor to provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on jilihh.ws or by notifying registered players via their registered contact method.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is displayed at the top of this page and within the "Last Updated" indicator. Your continued use of the jilihh platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support@jilihh.ws.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jilihh arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jilihh support at support@jilihh.ws. jilihh will use reasonable efforts to address your concern within ten (10) business days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jilihh is also subject to the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR for licensed online gaming operators.
